How do I book a reservation?

You can book a reservation and check rates and availability on our website at www.36hudsonhotel.com, or call us directly at 212-967-7206.  Our front desk specialists are available  24 hours a day.            

What payment methods are accepted to pay for the room?

We would accept American Express, Visa, Master and Discover credit or debit cards. You will be able to make cash payment upon arrival, but should bring a valid photo ID and credit card for incidental.  If you do have further questions, please call hotel directly.            

What is your check-in and check-out time?

Check-in time is 3 PM and check-out time Mon-Fri is 10 AM, Sat/Sun 11 AM.  Early check-in and Late check-out will not be guaranteed.  It’s subject to change upon arrival.            

Do you store luggage for guests before check-in or after check-out?

Yes. We do have a place to store luggage for guests.  Please inquire to the front desk upon check-in and check-out and we will assist you.            

What is your cancellation policy?

Your cancellation terms depend on the rate you selected:Best Available Rate:  Cancel anytime without penalty 48 hours prior to arrival. All cancellations within 48 hours are charged 100% of the reservation. Best Non-Refundable Rate:  All cancellations are charged 100%of the reservation.            

Are there safes in guest room?

Yes. All guest rooms have in-room safe.            

Do you have parking facilities?

We do not have a parking facility on the premises. There are public parking facilities conveniently located in the neighborhood.  Or, we would recommend ImPark at 452 10th Ave. NY 10018, T: 212-937-8660 and ImPark will honor the discounted rates for guests.            

Does the hotel have wireless internet access?

Yes. It is a complimentary service that comes with your room.            

Does the hotel have any smoking rooms

All rooms in the hotel are Non-Smoking.  

Smoking in our guest rooms will result in a $200 penalty per stay.            

Does your hotel allow pets?

We do not allow pets. Please contact hotel to check the policy on guide dogs.            

Do you have cots or rollaways?

We do not offer a cot or rollaway due to the limited space.  

If you do have special requests, please contact hotel directly.            

Do you have an iron and ironing board?

Yes. We have them available upon request.            

Do you have hair dryers in the room?

Yes. Hair dryer is available in each guestroom.            

Where is the nearest subway station?

The nearest subway station is Penn Station at W34th St on 8th Ave.            

Do you have refrigerators in room?

Refrigerator is available in 2 King rooms and 2 Double rooms only.            

Do you have a business center?

We do not have a business center in the hotel.  

Front Desk Specialists will assist guests to

provide a concierge service.            

Is breakfast included in the rate?

We do not offer breakfast service, but there are plenty of eateries in the neighborhood.            

Do you hold the packages delivered to the hotel?

Yes. We will accept packages for guests prior to arrival or during their stay, but not after their stay. Any packages arriving after your stay will not be accepted and marked “Return to Sender”.  Please ensure to record a correct hotel address and guest name on the package for delivery.            

Do you have a concierge?

Our front desk specialists are able to help with restaurant reservations, directions, tickets, town car service as well as airport shuttle bus reservations.            

What shopping, tourist attractions, theaters are near the hotels?

36 Hudson Hotel is located in Midtown Manhattan. Our valued guests can easily commute to many thriving neighborhoods for shopping and restaurants in Time Square and Madison Square Garden etc.  Please inquire with the front desk specialists to obtain more information.
